Ingredient Levels – An Ingredient Level will first appear in Level 10. When Playing an Ingredient Level you will have to move the required amount of ingredients from the top of the board, to the bottom and out of the exit. Special Candy Combos will give you a higher advantage on these levels and will help you complete the level much quicker. Once Sugar Crush takes place, any number of moves you have left will then transform that many candies on your board into Striped Candies, which will detonate and rack up some more Star Points!
Move Levels –These type of levels are the first ones you’ll meet, starting at Level 1. The aim here is to simply make the minimum amount of Star Points required in the amount of moves given, by doing this you will win the level. Even there are any unused Special Candies left on board, they will detonate and add to your score.
Timed Levels – You’ll meet these speedy levels for the first time at Level 20. You’ll have to be quick and skilful on these type of levels as you’ll have to collect the required amount of Star Points in the time given, or your out. Luckily you can pick up +5 Time Boosters, which will add 5 seconds to your time, throughout the game.
Candy Order Levels –This type of level was a late bloomer as you won’t be introduced until Level 126! Candy Order Levels are perceived to be the most difficult as you have to collect a certain amount of Candies, Special Candies or Special Candy Combos. These levels will progressively get harder further down the game, but once you have completed that task, you will have won the level!

What are the Requirements for a Phlebotomy Certification?
A phlebotomist is a professional specifically trained in the skill of drawing blood through venipuncture and preparing and storing samples in a safe and clean environment. However, in order to begin your career as a phlebotomist, there are certain requirements you need to fulfill to secure a phlebotomy certification.
Primary Education
You would need at least a high school diploma or an equivalent such as a GED to be able to enroll in a training program for Phlebotomy. Taking courses in physiology, biology, math and the sciences will also help. The school or hospital you apply at might also run a background check on you and would require you to have current immunization.
Further Education

Certification Requirements
There is no exam that needs to be taken for certification, but instead each state has its own requirements for certification. On average you will need to have about 42 hours of classroom training and 120 hours of clinical experience. Some states even specify the number of venipunctures and other phlebotomy procedures that need to be completed in order to be certified.

A landman is a well-paid and rewarding position within the oil and gas industry. However, getting your foot in the door after you meet the initial qualifications is not a clear-cut process. Most landmen started their career in oil and gas in different ways. That’s why it’s best to implement a multi-faceted approach to becoming a landman. How do you accomplish this approach? By following the steps below: make sure you possess the necessary prerequisites, then gain real-world experience by volunteering, enrolling in a program, taking a course or simply working your way up the corporate ladder.
Prerequisites
You must possess four prerequisites before you can start working in some capacity as a landman: a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university in science or business; outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; a high level of analytical skills and attention to detail; and experience in real estate, or preferably, the oil and gas industry itself. If you do not have all of these prerequisites, you may be able to land a job if you are particularly ambitious and show great potential, but most likely you need to fill the gaps in the value you provide any oil and gas company as a landman.
Gain Additional Experience
Once you have the prerequisites to get started working, it’s time to find an outlet. This does not mean you will find a job right away — perhaps you need more specialized education, or maybe you even need to volunteer your time to get real-world experience. Yes, education can be considered additional experience if it consists of a landman course or a petroleum land management program from an accredited university.
- Landman Course: These courses provide a fast track to the landman profession, available conveniently in person or online. Only pay for a course that is AAPL certified. As a side note, it may be crucial for you to get certified by the American Association of Petroleum Landmen.
- Petroleum Land Management Program: Obtaining a degree in petroleum land management is highly desired by oil and gas companies, even if you already have a degree.
- Volunteering: If you can’t get experience any other way, consider volunteering for an established landman. Though it may be hard to find one that needs help, when you do you will make many important connections that can help you establish your career.
- Climbing the Corporate Ladder: It might sound basic, but working as a leasing agent or analyst, land tech or title analyst is one of the most common ways to advance to a full landman position, or before that, an Associate Landman position.
